Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat services does Allied Property Management provide?
Allied Property Management specializes in condominium and homeowners association (HOA) management throughout Massachusetts. Our primary focus is providing comprehensive management services for condominium associations, including financial management, budgeting, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, compliance support, and day-to-day operational management. On a limited basis, Allied may also manage select individual residential rental units that align well with our management structure and capacity. Who benefits from residential property management services?
Condominium associations, trustees, and board members benefit from professional management that supports financial stability, proper maintenance, regulatory compliance, and clear documentation. Individual property owners benefit from reduced administrative burden, experienced maintenance coordination, and consistent oversight without the demands of daily hands-on management. Do you manage rental properties?
Yes — on a limited basis. Allied Property Management may manage individual residential rental units; however, rental management is not our primary focus. Rental services are limited to ongoing management and coordination. We do not provide tenant placement, advertising, or leasing services. Rental management requests are evaluated individually and accepted selectively. Do you manage single-family homes?
Allied Property Management’s primary focus remains condominium associations and small communities. Single-family homes and individual rental units may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on location, scope, and overall fit with our portfolio. What areas of Massachusetts do you serve?
Allied Property Management primarily serves communities located in Middlesex County and Essex County, Massachusetts. Management opportunities outside these areas may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis. How does professional condominium management help associations?
