​We would like to inform all our clients that we now offer a new online payment service.  One time payments can be made for Condominium Fee Payments, Special Assessment payments, Condominium Questionnaire’s, 6(d) Certificate Request forms, Request for Insurance Certificates, Rental/Lease Payments.  You can also set up auto payments for your reoccurring payments for your convenience.
To access the online payments, please tap on the “Make A Payment” tab at the top of the page.  You will be redirected to another page where you will either set yourself up as a user or you can make a quick pay.  Please be sure to fill in all the information requested to ensure your account is credited properly.

​Allied Property Management is happy to announce today’s launch of its new website — www.APManages.com — which adds the following to help assist our customers more than ever before.
Features include:
  • Instant online payment per client.
  • Password-protected pages so that each client may access their association’s personal financials and other important documents, which are updated monthly.
  • Easy-to-use forms to report general inquiries, maintenance and proposal requests, as well as document form requests.
  • Updated “Areas Serviced” table with real-time search and forward and backward pagination to scroll through the document.
